Production Times

All of our items are currently print on demand. That means each item will be produced upon ordering. Please allow 2-7 business days production time before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchased item, please do it within 14 days of when your order was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you for the confirmation of return and refund your payment.

All of our items are print on demand, so we don’t have any inventory on hand. As a result, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for a product.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you do not need to return the item. Please email us for assistance, and we will refund your payment or send you a replacement item if the order was deemed damaged/incorrect.

Changes/Cancellations

Please notify us ASAP if you would like to cancel or make changes to your order. As long as your items are not in production, you can cancel or change your order. We cannot cancel or make changes once it is in production.
